Alright, this is my first contest, so bear with me a little bit and we'll try and get this running as smoothly as possible.
Extreme Dating Begins: August 1st
Ends: October 31st @ 12 Midnight The object of this contest is fairly simple, and an off-shoot contest of the 3rd Quarter
Seventh Sanctum Extreme Character Contest. Using the authorized characters created for and entered into that contest, artists will choose two of the featured characters and put them into a dating situation.
ContestConsider this the ultimate in blind dates and YOU are the matchmaker! Pick a pair of characters that you think would be great together (or have a nightmarish time!) and draw them in a chosen situation. A romantic dinner, horseback riding on the beach, bungee jumping, dragonslaying - it's all up to you!

Characters must be chosen from the supplied 'roster'.
Romance is OK. Tasteful nudity is okay. Absolutely
NO</a> sexual content. Be reasonable people - these are other people's creations.
No Collaborative entries.
Only two official entries per artist, but you can make as many as you like just for fun.
In the case of artists wanting to draw same-sex pairings, please ask permission from the character's artist beforehand.
As a side note - don't scoff at or get bent out of shape by the sometimes ridiculous names - that was the result of the generator that made all these poor dears 
Prizes
1st Prize: 1 year Premium DA Subscription or $30 gift certificate to vendor of choice. And a free commission piece by yours truly.
2nd Prize: 6 month Premium DA Subscription or $20 gift certificate to vendor of choice. And a free commission piece by yours truly.
3nd Prize: 3 month Premium DA Subscription or $10 gift certificate to vendor of choice. And a free commission piece by yours truly.
*Cei-Ellem has also offered a prize of a free commission piece to whoever draws the most interesting pairing of her characters: Griffon Killericon or Rascal Blackwitch
Note me with the characters you have decided to pair. Once chosen, a couple will become off limits. However, the individuals can still be paired with other people. (ie: An artist chooses to draw Bob and Shelly on a date. At this point, no other artists can choose to draw Bob and Shelly, but can still draw Bob and Alice or Shelly and Dave.)
You can use any medium you like. Digital medium, traditional medium, photo manipulation, pixel art, etc! Have at it! You may also use stock, but give credit where credit is due.
All entries can be noted to me, 
, *lesatho, titled "Contest Entry" with a link or thumbnail to your entry. All entries will be 
'ed in a special folder for others to view.
Judging will be based on a number of factors:
1. How true the artist is to the characters involved.
2. The quality of the work.
3. If the rules were followed.
4. Naturally, if the entry was submitted in time.
I am still looking out for judges - note that judges may still participate, but don't volunteer to be a judge if you can't be objective when it comes to possibly marking your own work as a no-go.
If anybody has any ideas for additional prizes, or would be willing to donate prizes or artwork to the winners of the contest, please note me. I would appreciate any help. If you know somebody who might enjoy this contest or participate - let them know. I encourage anybody and everybody to enter. This has a lot of potential to be fun and I think it would be great for any artists involved to gain a little more exposure. If you wanna help bump the contest - please +fav it
